Important Remarks

• If your institution is sending two teams, the two teams are assumed to be coached by the same coach. If you decide to have two coaches for your two teams, one of the two coaches will be considered an additional coach and will be charged an additional fee as explained below.
• You may register reserve contestants. However, if you decided not to pay the registration fees for a reserve, you need to delete that reserve person from the Registration System by midnight of October 19, 2008. This is the date when tshirts data is downloaded from the ICPC Registration System and sent to tshirts vendors. If a reserve person still exists in the ICPC Registration System when we download tshirts order, (s)he will be ordered a tshirt and you will need to pay additional fees for the person even if you decided not to bring him/her at a later date.
• All teams who are registered but have not paid the registration fees yet will be assigned a "Pending" status. Once the proper registration fees are received by the Regional Contest Director, the registration for that team will be confirmed by changing the status to "Accepted" on the Web.
• Receipts will be emailed to individual coaches upon receiving their registration fees.
• No credit cards are accepted.

Registration Fees

The following registration fees cover three contestants and one coach. Additional coaches, assistant coaches, co-coaches, emiratus coaches, reserve contestants, guests, and any other personnel are charged USD $50.00 per person to cover their expenses (tshirts, meals, and freebies).

• USD $110.00 if envelope is postmarked on or before October 1, 2008.
• USD $140.00 if envelope is postmarked after October 1, 2008.

• T-Shirts
• Pizza party on Friday October 31, 2008.
• Breakfast on Saturday November 1, 2008.
• Lunch and refreshments during the Contest.
• Dinner Banquet after the Contest.
